Easy to order, delivered on time. I was impressed that the delivery company gave an hour in which it would be delivered, rather than others who say 'between 9a.m and 9p.m.. I received a message saying the parcel would be delivered between 4 and 5 and it arrived on time.

We had some difficulty with the ordering process on the website which could be our fault.
The delivery charge was misleading because it was quoted as higher than expected but finally turned out to be much lower.
This could have deterred us from ordering.

The parcel was a gift but everything from the ordering, which was simple, and the delivery, which was exactly as requested, was perfect. Notification was given of when the delivery would be and the courier was courteous. I would definitely order from Express4fruits again.

Paid and requested a delivery before 1 pm and it was delivered at 3pm. If at this time of year this is not feasible then it shouldn’t have been an option. If distance is an issue then processing should have been earlier. Ordering on line was satisfactory.
