I sent this fruit basket to my daughter and son-in-law for their wedding anniversary. It was really easy to order and was delivered on time. |I was kept fully informed of the delivery time etc. Very pleased with the service and I will use it again.

Hi! Thanks for assisting me with my query though regrettably, I had to make an international call from Singapore in order to check that the parcel was right. Perhaps a 9 pound delivery rate should not have been quoted for a pre-1pm delivery if that option was impossible for Edinburgh/Scotland. Also, there was a bit of a mix-up (?) with the title of the order (it was entitled Express 4 Fruits on the delivery day which led to undue panic that wouldn’t have been necessary)

I can't rate this service highly enough. Ordered the next day service for the Hawaiian fruit basket, and it arrived almost first thing the next day, in time for my brother to have an amazing birthday breakfast fruit feast!

This was for my mum in a care home, some of the fruit should could not eat in the basket we wanted to send emailed Express Gift Service they were great & swapped them.

I have ordered fruit baskets before from Express Gift Service reason being they have such a very good selection of gifts to choose from.
Their website is of high standard. They keep you informed throughout the whole process of the order.
The company “DPD” that they use as courier are excellent too, they are very informative you can really rely on them to give an accurate time of delivery & a photo sent to prove it has been delivered. Thank you!
